Diablo 3 was the concept in Blizzard’s mind long way ago but the work started three years ago when Blizzard North, a Blizzards unit, was still operating. What Blizzard unveiled about Diablo 3 at Blizzard Worldwide Invitational 2008 differed hugely from the original concept. Much of the game has been developed and large portion of the game is still undergoing revisions. Still lot of game content is to be added. This is all about Diablo0 3’s development story. Now let’s talk about its features and gameplay.Diablo 3 will be very much similar to its predecessor Diablo 2. It has similar role playing game genre and even similar gameplay. However, it will focus more on co-operative team based gameplay. The game engine of Diablo 3 is extremely good that provides it in-game destructiveness. Developers insisted that the game will be released on different platforms but until now there are no plans. It will release on Windows and Mac based PCs only initially. They also stated that no directX 10 will be required to play Diablo 3. The multiplayer mode can be played on battle.net, a Blizzard operated online gaming platform.
