On the level named "Keegan," after the firefight outside, follow Keegan. When you go through the door and jump down to train tracks, you will see a few dozen rats running toward you. Use slow-mo and then throw a grenade toward the running rats, killing and landing you the Raining Men and Deadly Ballet Achievements.
