Earlier this year, Deep Silver, who published this game brought exclusive soundtracks written for the game by the pupular groupd and now has decided tp provide some of those Nail'd soundtracks free to users. What users have to do to get those tracks for free is to join the Facebook page for the game and get those soundtracks downloaded from there. Every week a soundtrack will get published on the official fanpage which fans can download by following the link for free.
