In the world of BIO F.R.E.A.K.S., the United States has been split into warring regions, with a different corporation controlling each one. Naturally, each corporation would like to control all of the former United States. Rather than wage war, these companies have developed flying, robotic, enhanced, armored, killing synthoids, or Bio F.R.E.A.K.S. These synthoids have weapons fused to their bodies, and have only one purpose: they must destroy the synthoids of every other corporation to allow the their company to dominate. These battles are not for the squeamish, as fighters have been known to lose limbs. All the fighting takes place on land and in the air.
