Uncharted 3's greatest strength is its unpredictability. Naughty Dog sets aside the betrayal/twist formula used in the first two games and focuses on Nate and Sully's relationship. Yes, the gameplay still revolves around climbing walls and shooting bad guys, but refinement found those mechanics.

The game features the same tag-based team feature as previous installments of the series, where each player chooses three characters that can be swapped at any point during a match, and utilizes an order selection called "Evolved Vs. Fighting System", a modified version of earlier systems seen in other Marvel vs. Capcom and SNK vs. Capcom games. The aim of the game is to use various attacks to drain your opponent's health bars and defeat all of their characters or have the most cumulative health when time runs out. It is the first game in the franchise to feature three-dimensional character models as opposed to two-dimensional sprites,

SSX 12

Players take on the role of a member of a team seeking to snowboard down a variety of real-world mountains, such as in the Himalayas, or Antarctica.Gameplay includes helicopter drops, avalanches, and the use of wingsuits. Unlike previous games in the series, the control schemes have been remapped to focus heavilly on the analog sticks and face buttons on the controller. However, these settings are optional and can be reverted to the classic scheme (for players of the previous games). The mapping and level design for SSX is different from previous entries in the franchise, featuring more open world gameplay and fewer barriers or invisible walls.

Forza Motorsport 4

Players are able to import their Forza Motorsport 3 profiles into Forza Motorsport 4, giving them the ability to transfer a certain amount of in-game credits and gifted cars into their new garage. The amount allowed transferred is based on how long they have played the game and how many cars and credits they have. A video demo of the game showed that the player was able to look into a corner using a new head tracking feature, allowing them to look toward the apex of a corner or at nearby cars. Another new feature called Autovista allowed the player to walk around and explore inside their vehicle using Kinect.

The Last Guardian

The Last Guardian is a third-person perspective game that combines action-adventure and puzzle elements. The player controls the unarmed boy who can run, jump, climb and perform other actions similar to the gameplay in Ico and Shadow of the Colossus. The player may also need to use the environment to silently move around or defeat shadow-being guards, though initially the boy is weaponless. The guards, although slow-moving, can capture the boy, and if the player is unable to free the character in time, the game will be over. The player's movements are augmented by interaction with Trico who the boy can climb upon and ride.

Pokémon Black and White are role-playing video games with adventure elements, presented in a third-person, overhead perspective. There are three basic screens: an overworld, in which the player navigates the main character; a battle screen; and the menu, in which the player configures their party, items, or gameplay settings. Duke Nukem Forever is an action-oriented first-person shooter. Players take control of Nukem as they navigate through a series of levels which take place on Earth and beyond. The gameplay is similar in some respects to the first-person shooter games of the late 1990s and early 2000s, with each level culminating in a boss battle in which Nukem has to fight and kill a large, significant alien.
